Uma Afrika Lebe FCI – our home breeding of the Rhodesian Ridgeback dog breed – Our family lines are characterized by a specific beauty, typical of the old African Rhodesian Ridgebacks, of which there are not many. Our dogs are representatives of the oldest and most noble African breeding in the world.

Our goal is to select genes and patterns for our puppies so that they come as close as possible to the African ancestors of Uma, Hathor and Amaru. We want to provide the best possible conditions for our dogs and their offspring. As breeders, we set ourselves a high bar in terms of ethics and careful breeding selection. We carefully plan each occasional litter, obtaining information about individual ancestors in the dog's pedigree, its offspring, transmitted traits, health and temperament of its children.

Our puppies are covered by the Early Neurological Stimulation Program for Puppies.
We perform Volhard personality tests (PAT - Puppy Aptitude Test) on all our puppies, which will help us choose a puppy with the right character for a specific owner.

We attach great importance to multidirectional correct socialization of puppies, which makes it easier for future owners to live their daily lives and establish a good, stable bond with the puppy.

Our breeding uses the OUT CROSS method (crossbreeding) - this is a mating of unrelated individuals, giving heterozygous offspring, which reduces the risk of genetic defects, especially recessive ones.

Naszym celem to jest dobrać tak geny, wzorce dla naszych szczeniąt aby jak najbardziej zbliżyć się do Afrykańskich przodków Umy, Hathor oraz Amaru. Chcemy zapewnić jak najlepsze warunki naszym suczkom oraz ich potomstwu.

Jako hodowcy, stawiamy sobie wysoko poprzeczkę pod względem etyki i starannego doboru hodowlanego. Każdy okazjonalny miot starannie planujemy, zdobywając informacje o poszczególnych przodkach w rodowodzie psa, jego potomstwie, przekazywanych cechach, zdrowiu i temperamencie jego dzieci.

Nasze maluchy będą objęte Programem Wczesnej Stymulacji Neurologicznej Szczeniąt.

Wszystkim naszym szczeniętom wykonamy testy osobowościowe Volharda (PAT – Puppy Aptitude Test), co pomoże nam dobrać szczenię o odpowiednim charakterze dla konkretnego właściciela.

Bardzo dużą wagę przywiązujemy do wielokierunkowej prawidłowej socjalizacji szczeniąt co ułatwia przyszłym właścicielom codzienne życie i nawiązanie dobrej, stabilnej więzi ze szczeniaczkiem.

Nasza hodowla hoduje metodą OUT CROSS ( krzyżowanie )- to skojarzenia osobników nie spokrewnionych, dająca potomstwo heterozygotyczne, co zmniejsza ryzyko wystąpienia wad genetycznych, zwłaszcza tych recesywnych..
